Limited number of direct sales representatives
All crafters must be set up and ready to sell 30 minutes prior to opening
The vendor is responsible for leaving vendor area in the condition that it was originally found; i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash
All crafters will be subjected to approval before show opening.
Items from attics and garages will not be allowed.
No inappropriate language, behavior, or items will be allowed. Those exhibiting any of these behaviors will be asked to leave.
First come, first serve basis (defined by the date on your application)
Refunds will only be given for cancellations prior to June 3
Two crafters are NOT allowed to share a booth
Divisions between booth’s is the crafter’s responsibility, as well as providing your display items.
180’s LACE leadership may take photos of your booth space and/or products to be used online. By applying, you are agreeing to allow us to potentially use photos of you, your booth set up and/or your products.
You understand that you are responsible for your employees/booth personnel; no one under the age of 14 is allowed to man the booth. Children may not stay at the craft fair all day during fair hours if with a vendor.
Return applications with photos, booth fee, and application
Breakdown must be completed by 6 P.M. on Saturday.
Individuals are responsible for reporting their earnings to both State and Federal agencies on their own tax purposes.
Prices must be clearly marked on all merchandise
Out of respect for neighbors, disruptive sounds, smells, or distractions are not allowed.
If tardy and no notification of delay, you will forfeit your space and registration fee
Any food items being sold by vendors, must be packaged for off-site consumption. No items, such as drinks, water, coffee, candy bars, etc. (concession items) will be sold.
Venue Information
The show will be held indoors.
The venue flooring is concrete.
You must use a 3-pronged extension cord, if electricity was selected.

Payment
The booth fee is $40; half of the fee is due at the submission of your application.
Electricity is an additional $10
Payment will not be accepted the day of the event. Vendors will receive email confirmation and a phone call within 2 weeks of last payment of booth fees
There is a $30 charge on all returned checks.
Your booth fee constitutes an agreement to show. Booth space will NOT be reserved without payment of fees.
